Phase 2
PHASE 2 – OPERATIONAL MONITORING & REPORTING
Phase 2 – Operational Monitoring & Reporting through eco software
Utilizing the Operational Reporting functionality, per defined category of Machinery, Infrastructure and
Vessels, the continuous Monitoring &Reporting of Port’s Operational data is performed.
OPERATIONAL MONITORING & REPORTING
- Machinery Reporting
(cargo handling equipment, heavy-duty vehicles, light-duty vehicles, locomotives,
trucks, port employees vehicles etc) - Infrastructure Reporting
(Port Administration offices, Port Tenants offices, Port industrial facilities, Port manufacturing facilities, Port Storage facilities, Port power plant, Port electrical grid etc ) - Vessels Operational (Noon) Reporting
-Seagoing Vessels
-Domestic Vessels
-Tugs & Support Vessels (incl. pilot boats)
Among its unique features, eco Software allows for the submission within the system of supporting evidence on the various operations (ie BDNs & fuel delivery receipts, evidence on operational hours, personnel reports, photos etc).
On the basis of the above information, the Port may opt to utilize continuous pre-verification activities performed by duly qualified and experienced Syndeseas Technical Personnel, to ensure data
completeness and accuracy, at all times.
The eco Software provides various options for data analytics (online and/or in standardized and/or in tailor-made reporting formats) over any specified reporting period, to enable evidence-based decision making at any point in time, on any aspect of the monitored Ports Operations.
At the end of a reporting period, the Port may opt to have the generated Port GHG Emissions Report independently verified by an Independent Verification Body, against certain criteria / standards to demonstrate verified evidence on its continuous productivity, operational efficiency and GHG Emissions Reduction & Environmental performance improvement .
